「戦争と貧困をなくす国際映像祭」の目的は、世界の人々による独立したメディア運動によって、戦争と貧困のない国際社会をつくりだしていくことです。世界や日本各地の市民が制作した公募映像を集め、国際的な市民メディア運動によって社会を変えていく可能性を広げる参加型映像祭です。
